JANET M. MORELAND'S POETRY & SHORT STORIES - INDEX
My heart takes flights of fancy, and words spill out of me onto the printed page as if  written by someone else.  It's an odd thing, but many of my writer friends tell me the same thing happens to them.  Maybe we're all afflicted with a madness, maybe our heads are too full to hold all of it in. Instead of just thinking about the words, we seem to be obsessed with setting them down for others to share.  I hope you'll take some time now to let me do that sharing. Wa do (thank you). I salute life's mixed blessings in poetry and prose. I hope you enjoy this sample of my offerings. Most of the following poems are also available in my book, Spilled Words.
